Rebbe Steiner Sajele of Kerestir acquired the highest Torah knowledge and wisdom while studying in Liska, in the house of Reb Hershele Friedmann. Armed with this knowledge, he embarked on his meaningful journey to serve the community.

Under Reb Hershele Friedman's leadership, Liska (Olaszliszka) became a spiritual center of Hasidism, drawing thousands who came to see him.

The legacy of Moshe Teitelbaum.

Yismach Moshe, the Rebbe of Ujhely (Sátoraljaújhely), was the one who imparted Hershele’s initial knowledge. Hershele was named Teitelbaum’s successor, and his wisdom now travels the globe daily.
